Il Marchesato is a family Company founded in 1978 in Saluzzo, a tiny town in the North West of Italy, not far from Turin.

From the beginning Il Marchesato has produced handmade luxury umbrellas, walking sticks and shoehorns with a vast array of high quality materials. Every single piece is mounted by hand, precious textiles cut by hand, sticks and handles are worked by the family members and porcelain handles painted by local artists.
